Kelly Rossiter is the founder of I Know A Spot. A food tour connoisseur, she has participated in tours worldwide ranging from Australia to Rome. A “new-ish” Rahway resident, she has loved exploring the city’s vibrant restaurant and bar scene. Originally from central Jersey, she was pleasantly surprised with the variety of options Rahway had to offer. Kelly realized how much she enjoys sharing her favorite local spots with her friends, family, and neighbors. A self-proclaimed foodie and avid traveler, she loves finding local hidden gems wherever she goes. Kelly is eternally on the hunt for the best espresso martini.

Gloria met Kelly back in college doing what they do best - giving tours! She's helping bring Kelly’s food tours to life—starting with this website! A former high school math teacher turned event organizing enthusiast, she loves finding creative ways to connect people to unique local experiences. While food tours are new to her, organizing, planning, and making things easy to understand have always been part of what she does. She's excited to support Kelly’s vision and help more people discover her amazing tours.
